- How much do you charge for shipping?
The shipping prices varies depending on where it is going and how much the products weigh. To get a shipping quote for your product, please create an account online with us and add the items to shopping cart, the shipping rate will calculate itself depending on the weight and where it will be delivered.
- When does the items gets shipped after I finish placing my order?
It takes 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order (for stock items only). For EXPRESS shipments, orders have to be placed before 3pm central standard time in order for it to be shipped the same day. Any EXPRESS orders after 3pm will be processed the next business day.
- When will I receive my order when I place it?
Once we receive your order and the payment went through. We will process and shipp your order within 1-3 business days (for stock items only). Item will be shipped from our warehouse in Austin, TX via a major carrier like FedEx. We have no control of the carrier shipping time. However it takes average 2 to 10 business days of shipping time depending on the destination.
- Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we do ship outside of the United States. For a full list, please check the shopping cart drop down box for a list of countries that we ship to. Please note that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- How do I get a sample of your product?
You are welcome to order a single piece online with us. There is no minimum order. To keep our prices low, sorry we do not offer free samples.
- How long does it take for you to respond to an email?
We try to answer all emails in a timely manner. Usually within 48 hours (excluding weekends or holidays).

We accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Do you offer pickup?
Yes, we do offer pickup. Pickup hours are 9am-3pm central standard time.

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes when using any carrier other than United States Postal Service (USPS).

Yes, our table clothes are seamless, unless otherwise noted.

The prices we have online are wholesale prices.
- Are your products machine washable?
Yes, our satin and polyester materials are are machine washable and may be dried with low heat. On the other hand, our organza type products needs to be hand washed and air dried. For flocking materials with velvet designs, we recommend hand wash to avoid any damages to the design.
- Is there a minimum order amount?
We do not have a minimum amount for ordering.
- Can I get a free sample?
Sorry, to keep our prices low, we do not offer free samples.
- How come I do not see free shipping on my order?
Free shipping only applies to orders where the subtotal is greater than $75 and where deliveries are to the 48 continental states.
- Can I get Express shipping with the free shipping?
Sorry, free shipping only applies to ground shipping. It does not apply to any air shipping like 3-day, 2-day, or overnight.
- Do you deliver on the weekend?
Our deliveries are delivered on business days only excluding holidays. If you would like to have your order delivered on Saturday, please give us a call. There may be an additional charge for weekend deliveries. For example, overnight shipment shipped out Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- I have bought items from another company. Will your colors match the colors from the other company?
No, our colors will not match the colors of another company. Every company have their own colors and we cannot guarantee that the colors from our company will match the colors from a different company.
