Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you rent out items?: We do not rent items. It is for purchase only.
2. Is the price listed for purchase or is it for rental?: The price listed is for purchase only.
3. How much do you charge for shipping?: The shipping prices varies depending on where it is going and how much the products weigh. To get a shipping quote for your product, please create an account online with us and add the items to shopping cart, the shipping rate will calculate itself depending on the weight and where it will be delivered.
4. When does the items gets shipped after I finish placing my order?: It takes 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order (for stock items only). For EXPRESS shipments, orders have to be placed before 3pm central standard time in order for it to be shipped the same day. Any EXPRESS orders after 3pm will be processed the next business day.
5. When will I receive my order when I place it?: Once we receive your order and the payment went through. We will process and shipp your order within 1-3 business days (for stock items only). Item will be shipped from our warehouse in Austin, TX via a major carrier like FedEx. We have no control of the carrier shipping time. However it takes average 2 to 10 business days of shipping time depending on the destination.
6. Do you ship outside the United States?: We currently do not ship outside the United States.
7. How do I get a sample of your product?: You are welcome to order a single piece online with us. There is no minimum order. To keep our prices low, sorry we do not offer free samples.
8. How long does it take for you to respond to an email?: We try to answer all emails in a timely manner. Usually within 48 hours (excluding weekends or holidays).
9. What type of payment methods do you accept?: We currently takes only Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
10. Do you offer pickup?: Please call us ahead of time to set appointments for pick up. We open only for shipping and receiving.

12. Which items are NOT returnable?: Non-returnable items include vases and single items. Samples, multiple single items, ribbons, and overlays are just some examples of non-returnable items.
13. Is your website secure?: Yes, we use THAWTE SSL when you log in and check out.
14. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?: Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
15. Is your table cloth seamless?: Yes, our table clothes are seamless.

17. Are your products machine washable?: Yes, our satin and polyester materials are are machine washable and may be dried with low heat. On the other hand, our organza type products needs to be hand washed and air dried.
18. Is there a minimum order amount?: We do not have a minimum amount for ordering.
19. Can I get a free sample?: Sorry, to keep our prices low, we do not offer free samples.
20. How come I do not see free shipping on my order?: Free shipping only applies to orders where the subtotal is greater than $75 and where deliveries are to the 48 contiguous states.
21. Can I get Express shipping with the free shipping?: Sorry, free shipping only applies to ground shipping. It does not apply to any air shipping like 3-day, 2-day, or overnight.
22. Do you deliver on the weekends?: Our deliveries are delivered on business days only excluding holidays. If you would like to have your order delievered on Saturday, please give us a call. There may be an additional charge for weekend deliveries. For example, overnight shipment shipped out Friday will be delivered on Monday.
23. What happen to my orders on the previous website?: Please click on my account on the front page. Login and check under my Orders. There is a link for your orders on the previous website.
