Where do you ship to?
We wish we could get our wholesale linens and party supplies into the hands of everyone all over the world, but currently CV Linens ships only to the United States, Canada, Australia, Puerto Rico, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, Virgin Islands U.S., and Virgin Islands U.K.
Why won't you ship to a P.O. Box address?
For safety and directness of delivery we ship to businesses and residential addresses only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package as well as its destination. You can calculate a shipping quote after items are added to your shopping cart by using the “Shipping Estimator” feature on the cart page before checkout, and during the checkout process.
Why do I not see free shipping on my order?
In order to be eligible for free shipping, your order must meet the following criteria:
- Your order's subtotal must be greater than $99.00 USD
- Your delivery destination must be within the 48 continental United States
We are currently unable to offer free shipping to:
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO Boxes / HC Boxes
- Any address where UPS or FedEx is unable to deliver
Why does your free shipping take longer to receive?
Free shipping orders are processed in the order that they are received. The processing time for free shipping can take 1 to 4 business days before the order is shipped. This process can take longer during peak season or when the warehouse is experiencing a high volume of orders.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
When your order ships we will send you a shipping notification email, including the tracking number, to the email address on file.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order by the date that was indicated at the time of checkout. For a progress update on the arrival of your order be sure to check the tracking number once your order has shipped. At the discretion of the delivery company, inclement weather and miscellaneous delays may postpone your delivery date.
How can I receive my order sooner?
We know you will be anxiously waiting for your package. To speed up the delivery process you can upgrade your shipping option by selecting "Express Shipping" at the time of checkout.
Do you deliver during the weekend?
Our deliveries are done by major third party shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Weekend delivery varies based on the carrier selected. Our delivery dates are scheduled for business days only, excluding U.S. holidays.
We do offer Saturday delivery if the order is placed on Friday before the cutoff time and "Saturday Delivery" is chosen upon checkout.
Can I get express shipping with the free shipping?
Our free shipping option is for ground shipping only. Our Express Shipping is an air shipping option. Express Shipping can be chosen at checkout should you require faster delivery.

If your shipment is not received by the date specified please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
