Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. International shipments are imposed by the respective international countries, and not by CV Linens or the shipping courier.

Each state has different requirements on sales and use tax exemptions. Before placing your order online, please contact us at (512) 821-1178 to see if you would qualify for exemption on sales tax for your state. All the necessary forms will be have to filled out completely and also verified before we are able to remove taxes from your account.

Once the form has been verified we will apply it onto your online account and remove taxes for all future orders. Your account exemption status will be checked regularly and may have to be renewed if it expired or deemed inactive.

Pick up orders can take a maximum time frame of 1-2 business days to be processed and packed before being ready for pick up. Please call our Customer Service Department at (512) 821-1178 to arrange a pick up time prior to your arrival to ensure your order is ready and waiting for you.
To add an item(s) to your shopping cart simply click on the product, adjust the quantity, and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Your chosen items will then appear in your cart for review, adjustment, and purchase.
To update the quantity of an item in your shopping cart click on the "Cart" button from the cart dropdown menu and look for the “QTY” list. From here you can enter in the total number needed inside the quantity box or use the +/- options to change the quantity. Once adjusted your cart should automatically update the total amount of the product(s) and your cart total.
We recommend placing your order a month in advance of your event date (not including shipping times.) This leeway gives us time to accommodate you within in a timely manner in the event that there is any issue with your order.
Certain states require CV Linens to collect taxes and submit to that state. You will see this sales tax applied onto your order at the last page of your checkout process along with the subtotal of the order if CV Linens is required to collect taxes for your state. While it is disappointing to discover that a product you want is out of stock, CV Linens does not offer rain checks. We strive to have ample inventory available for all of our events, but there are times when an item’s popularity exceeds our given stock. However, please feel free to check back with us in the event of any inventory changes (canceled orders, returns, etc.)
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item. Items must be in the original packaging. We are unable to accept products that have been used or open. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
CV Linens does not charge a restocking fee, however, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that we do not cover or refund the original shipping costs for items that are being returned or exchanged.

The refund process can take up to 7 business days from the time our warehouse receives your returned items. We will issue the refund to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued by CV Linens. The time frame from an issued refund until your funds are released back into your account is subject to the individual terms and rules of your banking institute.

We update the estimated restocking time of any sold out products directly on our website so there is no guessing, or no need, to keep checking a product's restock status. Please note that it can take up to 2-5 months for a product(s) marked as "sold out" on our website to be restocked.

Items marked as “image coming soon” will be available to view as soon as we have a quality photo ready to upload. We always double check our photos for color accuracy to ensure our customer’s expectations are met when they receive the items in-person. It typically takes one week from the time an “image coming soon” message is up on our website until the photos are available for viewing.

Some of our items are machine washable. However, the specific care any given linen requires will largely depend on the material. Please visit our Linen & Decor Care Guide for a comprehensive list of our materials and the care they require. Following these instructions will ensure your linens are always ready to party!
We do not recommend that you alter any linen. Altering linens can cause damage or fraying to the fabric. However, you may choose to have your linens altered through an experienced seamstress. This will better ensure the longevity and satisfaction of your linens.
To ensure the closest match in color we recommend that you purchase your items in the same material and during the same order. Doing so you can best avoid most variations in color. Please note that all items’ colors can vary from shipment to shipment, so matching colors is not garaunteed.
Yes, all colors can vary between fabrics, especially between shipments. Color difference may be large or small depending on fabric, dye lot, etc. If a color in your order varies in tone we will place your order on a brief hold and email you a photo of the varying fabrics side-by-side for approval before shipping your order out.
Our images undergo a color quality control check before being posted online for the best representation of what fabric you will receive. Image colors are also updated periodically if we notice a color difference from a previous shipment.
Please Note: We’ve done our best to accurately represent our products’ colors, but the color calibration of computer monitors or mobile device can vary from device to device which can slightly alter the color you see.
We are unable to guarantee that our colors will match a different company's color with the same name. The color names we give our fabrics are not previously coordinated with other sites, nor are they universally matched across all sites. Any similar/same names of those from another site are simply a coincidence and not done to purposely represent a sameness in hue.
