CV Linens is not a party supply rental company. Our quality linens and party decor is offered at an incredible wholesale price, making the purchase of your linens cheaper than renting. This is fantastic news as it allows you to stay within or under your budget with premium products that can often be used again for other events or home use.

Buying wholesale is cheaper than renting; however, our linens and decor do require prep work before they are table ready. Most of our items come pre-packaged and may need to be aired out or pressed prior to use.

Our prices are set at the wholesale level, which allows us to pass on the benefits and savings of purchasing in bulk to our customers. There is no need to download a catalog or wait for the mail to arrive as all of our items are listed right on our website. Free shipping orders can take up to 2-4 business days to process and will depend on these factors:

• Which day of the week you place your order
• What time of day you place your order
• Influx of orders at our warehouse on a given day

CV Linens imposes no minimum purchase amount. Regardless of how small or large your event is you can rely on CV Linens to help make your party a stylish occasion!

You can check the status of your order right on our website. To check your order status, sign into your account. On your account page, your previous order history will be located on the left-hand side. This area will show your current order status under "Fulfillment Status."

You can also contact our Customer Care Team to receive an order update by providing the representative with either your phone number or order number.

In order to avoid any miscommunication errors we do not take any orders over the phone.

Yes, you can place an online order for pick up at our North Austin location. When placing the order, instead of entering a shipping address, you can simply click on “Pick Up” as the delivery method.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. International shipments are imposed by the respective international countries, and not by CV Linens or the shipping courier.

For international orders the buyer is responsible for all brokerage, duties, and taxes that are charged to process the shipment across international borders. Each shipping carrier's policies vary and may change without notice. For more information please check the shipping carriers' website.

Each state has different requirements for sales and use tax exemptions.  Before placing your order online, please fill out the form for tax exemption listed at the bottom of the page of our Sales Tax Disclaimer.

Once the form has been verified we will apply it to your online account and remove taxes for all future orders. Your account exemption status will be checked regularly and may have to be renewed if it expired or is deemed inactive.

Pick up orders can take up to 2 business hours to be processed and packed before being ready for pick up. Please call our Customer Care Team at (512) 821-1178 to arrange a pick up time prior to your arrival to ensure your order is ready and waiting for you.

To add an item(s) to your shopping cart simply click on the product, adjust the quantity, and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Your chosen items will then appear in your cart for review, adjustment, and purchase.

To update the quantity of an item in your shopping cart click on the "Cart" button from the cart dropdown menu and look for the “QTY” list. From here you can enter in the total number needed inside the quantity box or use the +/- options to change the quantity. Once adjusted your cart should automatically update the total amount of the product(s) and your cart total.

From the cart page, click on the trashcan icon located on the right-hand side of the product next to the "Quantity" column. This will effectively remove the item from your chosen inventory.

All major credit and bank cards that feature a Visa, American Express, Mastercard, or Discover logo.  We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, AfterPay and Shop Pay. Apple Pay only works on Safari browser on Mac and iOS devices.

We recommend placing your order a month in advance of your event date (not including shipping times.) This leeway gives us time to accommodate you within in a timely manner in the event that there is any issue with your order.

Certain states require CV Linens to collect taxes and submit them to that state.  You will see this sales tax applied to your order on the last page of your checkout process along with the subtotal of the order if CV Linens is required to collect taxes for your state. When a discount code, sale, or exclusive coupon is released we notify all subscribers of our newsletter. Are you signed up to receive our newsletter? All current promotions will also be displayed at the top of every page on our website. 

Additionally, our Deals of the Week rotate every Friday for maximum savings on select items.

While it is disappointing to discover that a product you want is out of stock, CV Linens does not offer rain checks. We strive to have ample inventory available for all of our events, but there are times when an item’s popularity exceeds our given stock. However, please feel free to check back with us in the event of any inventory changes (canceled orders, returns, etc.)

Our Deals of the Week special ends on Sunday at 11:59 pm CST and new Deals of the Week are put up that same Sunday before 11:59 pm CST.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide or process price adjustments.

If the item is new and unopened, you can return it for a refund in the form of gift card or orignial method of payment within 60 days of delivery. Items must be in the original packaging with no signs of use and we will provide up to one prepaid return label per Domestic order. To request a return, please visit our Returns Portal.

The refund process can take up to 7 business days from the time our warehouse receives your returned items. We will issue the refund to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued by CV Linens. The time frame from an issued refund until your funds are released back into your account is subject to the individual terms and rules of your banking institute.

If a return label was provided through our return portal you can drop off your return at your nearest UPS location. If your return is self-managed, drop off returns can be made through the carrier of your choice.

We wish we could get our wholesale linens and party supplies into the hands of everyone all over the world, but currently CV Linens ships only to the United States, Canada, Australia, Puerto Rico, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, Virgin Islands U.S., and Virgin Islands U.K.

For safety and directness of delivery we ship to businesses and residential addresses only.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package as well as its destination. You can calculate a shipping quote after items are added to your shopping cart by using the “Shipping Estimator” feature on the cart page before checkout, and during the checkout process.

In order to be eligible for free shipping, your order must meet the following criteria:

1. Your order's subtotal must be greater than $99.00 USD
2. Your delivery destination must be within the 48 continental United States

We are currently unable to offer free shipping to:

• APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO Boxes / HC Boxes
• Any address where UPS or FedEx is unable to deliver

Free shipping orders are processed in the order that they are received. The processing time for free shipping can take 1 to 4 business days before the order is shipped. This process can take longer during peak season or when the warehouse is experiencing a high volume of orders.

When your order ships we will send you a shipping notification email, including the tracking number, to the email address on file.

You will receive your order by the date that was indicated at the time of checkout. For a progress update on the arrival of your order be sure to check the tracking number once your order has shipped. At the discretion of the delivery company, inclement weather and miscellaneous delays may postpone your delivery date.

We know you will be anxiously waiting for your package. To speed up the delivery process you can upgrade your shipping option by selecting "Express Shipping" at the time of checkout.

Our deliveries are done by major third party shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.  Weekend delivery varies based on the carrier selected. Our delivery dates are scheduled for business days only, excluding U.S. holidays.

We do offer Saturday delivery if the order is placed on Friday before the cutoff time and "Saturday Delivery" is chosen upon checkout.

Our free shipping option is for ground shipping only. Our Express Shipping is an air shipping option. Express Shipping can be chosen at checkout should you require faster delivery.

Our tablecloth and table overlay size charts consist of an easy-to-read table containing the most common table and linen size combinations. Our round and rectangular table charts also feature a calculator you can use to insert custom sizing for a table that is not a standard size.

Our draping calculators will help assist you in calculating how many drapes you'll need for your wall or event space, as well as how many drapes to order per crossbar depending on how full you want them to appear.

Request Swatches by Mail

You are welcome to mail a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) to our offices requesting up to (5) five different swatches free of charge. Please include a typed or written list with the material type and color of the swatches that you would like to receive, as well as your basic contact information so we can reach out to you should any issue arise. Please note that this option can take up to three weeks to fully complete due to mail delivery and processing times.

Please Note: We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause, but we are not able to include swatches with an existing order as swatches need to be prepared separately from regular orders. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Currently, we do not provide complimentary samples. However, we do offer the option to request 5 free swatches via mail, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE). Alternatively, you can purchase a single item as a sample through our website. This allows you to evaluate the material, color, and style suitability for your event before committing to a larger order.

Typically this will depend on the shipment that we receive and the linen size itself. For full details on a particular item having seams, check the "specifications" section of the product's description. You can also contact our Customer Care Team if you're unable to find the information you need.

We update the estimated restocking time of any sold out products directly on our website so there is no guessing, or no need, to keep checking a product's restock status. Please note that it can take up to 2-5 months for a product(s) marked as "sold out" on our website to be restocked.

You may sign up for a product notification. This notification opt-in can be found on the specific product's page on our website. You will be prompted to enter your preferred email address for updates. Once the item(s) is back in stock you will be notified via email.

Due to the 2-5 month variation in restocking time, we do not take any backorders or pre-orders. Orders can only be placed when an item is in stock. We realize this can be frustrating and appreciate your understanding.

Any clearance items are on sale until the item is completely sold out. Afterward, it is discontinued and removed from the website entirely.

Discontinued items are products we will no longer carry at CV Linens, so the stock is limited in supply. Once the supply of a discontinued item has been exhausted the item will no longer be available for purchase.

You will be able to purchase only what is left in stock for any items that are low in quantity.

Once the item(s) is sold out you can sign up for a product notification. When you sign up for a product notification you will be notified via email once the item is back in stock.

Items marked as “image coming soon” will be available to view as soon as we have a quality photo ready to upload. We always double check our photos for color accuracy to ensure our customer’s expectations are met when they receive the items in-person. It typically takes one week from the time an “image coming soon” message is up on our website until the photos are available for viewing.

Some items are prepackaged from our manufacturer for immediate shipment and will need to be steamed or ironed before use. Please allow yourself ample time to prepare the linens for use at your event.

We do not recommend that you alter any linen. Altering linens can cause damage or fraying to the fabric. However, you may choose to have your linens altered through an experienced seamstress. This will better ensure the longevity and satisfaction of your linens.

To ensure the closest match in color we recommend that you purchase your items in the same material and during the same order. Doing so you can best avoid most variations in color. Please note that all items’ colors can vary from shipment to shipment, so matching colors is not guaranteed. 

Yes, all colors can vary between fabrics, especially between shipments. Color differences may be large or small depending on fabric, dye lot, etc. If the colors within the same material in your order varies in tone we will place your order on a brief hold and email you a photo of the varying shades side-by-side for approval before shipping your order out.

We cannot guarantee our current inventory will match any items from a previous shipment. It is recommended to order the required number of linens all at once.

Our images undergo a color quality control check before being posted online for the best representation of what fabric you will receive. Image colors are also updated periodically if we notice a color difference from a previous shipment.

Please Note: We’ve done our best to accurately represent our products’ colors, but the color calibration of computer monitors or mobile device can vary from device to device which can slightly alter the color you see.

You will then be emailed a link with the subject "Customer Account Password Reset." If you do not see this email within an hour of requesting it please check your junk and spam folders. Follow the link in this email and enter your new password.

Once logged in click the button that says "View Addresses" in the right-hand column. This will take you to a new page where you can edit or delete existing shipping and billing addresses. You'll also have the option to add new addresses to your account.

To check your order history you first need to sign into your CV Linens account. To sign into your account simply click the account icon located on every page. For desktop users the icon will appear on the top right-hand corner of every page. For mobile users the icon will appear underneath the top search bar on every page. You can also click this link to be taken to the login page.

Once logged into your account a brief summary of your order history will appear on the account page. This information includes order number, date the order was placed, payment status, fulfillment status, and the grand total of the order.

For detailed information on an order click the order number. Clicking the order number will take you to a page displaying the exact time an order was placed, items purchased, each item's price, the subtotal of your order, shipping cost, tax amount (if applicable), grand total, and the billing and shipping address(es) used for that order.

Having an account does not automatically sign you up for our newsletter. There is a link featured at the bottom of every page of our website where you can sign up to receive our newsletter. If you cannot find where to subscribe, you can also contact our Customer Care Team and request a Customer Care Specialist sign you up.

It is possible that your confirmation email has been filtered into a spam or junk folder. To avoid this occurrence for current or future orders, we recommend adding CV Linens to your address book to ensure all emails are received.

It is also possible that the order was not fully submitted. If you did not receive an order confirmation, don't place your order again until you are certain the order didn't go through or you may end up with a duplicate order. It is advised you check your bank statement for a pending authorization from CV Linens or contact our Customer Care Team for more information.

If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account.  

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.

Your VIP tier status is determined by the amount you spend in a rolling year from the time you join the rewards program. To reach:

• Silver status (base membership), you must create an account. There is no minimum spend required.

• Gold status, you must spend $500

• Platinum status, you must spend $1,500

Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's member benefits through the rest of the rolling year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.

When you are signed into your rewards account, your home page will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and benefits will be highlighted with a box around it.

When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier. If the tier that you have crossed into is either Gold or Platinum, this email will also include a unique coupon code for you to redeem your ‘Choose your own sale day’ reward coupon. 

Gold members will receive 10% off and Platinum members will receive 15% off their entire purchase on any day of the year they choose. Keep in mind that coupons cannot be used in addition to the redemption of points and cannot be combined with other discounts or sales. Restrictions apply. 

Once you are in Gold or Platinum, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!

Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact Customer Care at info@cvlinens.com to help apply your points to your account.

You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communication and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:

1. Try to refresh your browser.

2. Try to log out and then back into your account.

3. Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it.  Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.

If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact our Customer Care team at info@cvlinens.com and they will look into the issue for you.

We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message.  

The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them. To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.

Referred friends must be first-time customers in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there. 

Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase of $100 or more on our website. Referral links will expire three months after they are sent to your friend.  

When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

Add your birthday under ways to earn points on the rewards page. On your birthday we will send you a special discount code via email valid for 30 days from the date of your b-day!

*Your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion.

Happy Birthday! We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our rewards program. In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.  

If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterward, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.  

All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.  

Remember, the birthday reward is determined by the rewards member tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday. If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contact Customer Care at info@cvlinens.com and we will be happy to assist you.

To redeem your points in checkout, use the slider directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button.

Rewards points can be redeemed during the checkout process. Before checking out, ensure that you are signed in to your account. 

Once you get to the checkout screen you will see your total available Rewards points in a slide bar on the top left of the page. To use your rewards, slide the points redemption bar to select the number of points you would like to redeem on the order you are placing, then continue with the checkout process.
