SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Since 2007, CV Linens offer fast shipping, hassle-free returns, multiple platform customer support.

Our team ensures that you receive our products in their best condition and on your guaranteed shipping date. Please check your package as soon as you receive it, and notify us promptly for any issues or damages so we can resolve the issue as soon as we can.

SHIPPINGS

In the wedding/event industry, we understand how important it is for you to receive your package in a timely manner is very crucial.  We assure you that we will not only provide you the best possible service but we prioritize that you will receive your items on your guaranteed delivery dates with exception of weather delays or UPS/Fedex delays are out of our control. 

Any item returns will be subject to approval. We should receive the item/s within 14 days after the approval. Returnable items must be resellable, in original packaging, and there should be no signs of use. We request that you use a carrier with tracking and signature confirmation to prevent any lost goods.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  For any reason(s), you would like to return part/complete order. You may request for a return within sixty (60) days after receiving your orders. However, shipping fees paid for the order is not included in the refund, and shipping for returns are shouldered by the customer. Please opt for a carrier with tracking and signature confirmation to ensure safety of the products.

A few notes:

  • Clearance items and customized items are non-returnable. Please check our FAQ for more information.
  • Items that are purchased as a set or bundle have to be returned as a set/bundle to qualify for full refund. The value of any missing items from the set/bundle will be deducted to the full value of the items for refund.
  • For returns with promotion code or discounts, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly to the discount given.

Please allow the returns department up to 7 business days upon receipt of items to process and inspect your return. Refunds for return can only be issued back to the original payment method used in the order. If the order is paid via store credit or gift cards, it will be refunded back to the original gift card.

 2.  Call in for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any package without proper RMA number or Return Order Form will be refused or discarded.

3.  Insert the filled RMA form inside the box and include the products you returning.

4. Write RMA number outside the carton/box. 

5. Drop off to your nearest courier you selected. 

Shipping Policy

Domestic express orders must be placed before 3pm CST to be shipped the same day. Domestic paid ground placed before 3pm CST will be shipped within 1 business day during normal business hours. Normal business hours do not include weekends, holidays, and shipping carrier holidays. International orders require up to 2 processing days before shipping. All other orders (free shipping, USPS, etc.) please refer to the dates shown on the shipping estimator upon checkout.


Processing time and ship-out date may be delayed due to charge verifications, special requests, custom made items, orders on hold for color difference, and more.


Orders will be shipped via a major carrier such as Fedex Ground, USPS, or UPS. Each order will have a tracking number sent to your e-mail and a signature proof of delivery may be required to receive your package. Please note that our standard shipments are for working business days only and do not include weekends or holidays. If you would like Saturday deliveries please call us. There may be additional charges for Saturday deliveries.


We are not responsible for any delays due to incomplete or incorrect address or any delays caused by our carrier. We are also not responsible for any delays due to weather (e.g. snow, tornadoes, road closures, etc.) For international shipments we are not responsible for any delays due to customs since it is out of our control.


Orders going out of the United States may be subject to brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. All brokerage fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.


We do offer free shipping for orders $99.00 or more going to the 48 contiguous states. Other restrictions may apply. Please check our FAQ for more information.


Our shipping carriers may attempt to delivery your packages for up to three (3) times. After the third unsuccessful attempt the packages will be returned to the shipper. Once the packages are returned to us, whether through unsuccessful attempts, non-pickup at a holding facility, refusal, or incorrect addresses, standard return policies will apply.

 

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all brokerage, duties and taxes that are charged to process the shipment across international borders. Each shipping carrier's policies vary and may change without notice. For more information, please check the shipping carriers' website.
