We're committed to keeping everything on cvlinens.com current and correct. Occasionally, prices or product details may change without notice, and errors can occur. If an item was listed at an incorrect price, we'll contact you before shipping to confirm how you'd like to proceed — or we may need to cancel the order. We appreciate your understanding.

Prices in U.S. dollars

All prices on our site are listed in USD. If you're paying with an international card, your bank determines the exchange rate at the time of processing and may apply a foreign transaction fee. These charges are set by your bank — please contact them directly with any questions.

We price our linens to be genuinely competitive. If you find the exact same item for less at another reputable online retailer, we're happy to discuss a price match at the time of purchase — just reach out before you complete your order.

How to request a price match

Call us at (512) 821-1178 and a Customer Care Specialist will walk you through the process. To get started quickly, have a link or screenshot ready showing the item and its current price. Our team will follow up promptly.

How we compare prices

We compare item subtotals only — not order totals. To qualify, the competitor's subtotal for the same items must be lower than ours. Tax, shipping, and handling are excluded from the comparison on both sides.

Example 1: A competitor sells an item for $80 with $5 shipping; we sell it for $85 with $10 shipping. We'd match the $80 item price — shipping remains as-is.

Example 2: A competitor offers an item at $10 with 20% off (you'd pay $8.00); we sell it for $9.00. We'd match at $8.00 — the discount applies to their final price, not as an additional percentage off ours.

What we don't price match

To ensure a fair comparison, price matches require the items to be identical in material, size, color, and GSM. We're unable to match prices from:

• Auction sites and online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
• Rental companies
• Craft and big-box retailers (Hobby Lobby and similar)
• Limited, private, or single-use promotions — competitor coupons must be publicly available to qualify
• Items we don't currently have in stock in your requested quantity

Every request is reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside these terms.

Coupons & promotions

Coupons apply to eligible items at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers, price quotes, price matches, or applied to past purchases or shipping. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. Promotional periods are based on Central Standard Time. Additional restrictions may apply.
