April 22, 2020 Update: To our valued customers,
First, and most importantly, we hope this finds you and your family healthy and well. We want to reassure you that safety is our #1 priority for our employees, customers, and community. We have been, and will continue to, closely monitor the updates around the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

Austin has issued a stay-at-home order until May 8, 2020 (tentative), which includes the temporary closing of any non-essential businesses. Retails stores are allowed to be open with curbside pickup only.  

In an effort to ensure you have the items you need, when you need them, we will be offering free curbside pick up at our showroom location starting April 27, 2020.

Temporary hours for pickup:
Monday-Friday:
 9:00 am - 4:00 pm CST
Saturday: Closed until stay-at-home order lifted
Sunday: Closed


In order to use our pick up service, please follow these steps:

  1. Place your order online (we will not be able to accept cash or help place orders upon pick up.)
  2. Drive to our Austin, TX location and park in the main parking lot nearest the front door.
  3. Once parked, call us at (512) 821-1178 with your name, order number, and model/color of your vehicle. We'll be more than happy to bring your order straight to you and help load it into your vehicle to minimize your time spent at our location.

Safety Note: Our employees will be wearing gloves while delivering your order and washing their hands/sanitizing in between pick up deliveries.

Temporary Amendment to Our Return Policy
We understand that this is a stressful time for all and your recent CV Linens order may not be the first thing on your mind. We’re happy to let you know we’ve extended our return policy from 30 to 90 days for all orders placed on or after February 2, 2020.  

Due to a temporary closing of our showroom in Austin, TX location we cannot accept in-person returns, but you’re welcome to follow our usual return procedure to ship back any returns you may have. Any returns received will be processed as soon as possible after the stay-at-home order has been lifted.
